Civil and Commercial law, Commercial Contracts, Litigation and Dispute Resolution

Our firm has a Litigation and High Court of Justice Department which has successfully led broad scope legal proceedings, petitions to the high court of justice, and arbitrations, and has won important precedent-setting cases. The cases included eliminating admission committees in localities in the Judea and Samaria area, suits for return of entrance fees and prohibited fees charged by community settlements in community expansions, and a petition to change the land allocation procedure in Judea and Samaria and for equitable allocation of state resources. The firm also manages extensive monetary and commercial disputes and other litigations.

Owing to the firm’s unique expertise in the construction field and in cooperative societies, the firm’s founder, Adv. Maayan Bachar, manages arbitrations in construction and land law. Arbitration proceedings are short and less costly compared to managing legal proceedings in the courts. The arbitrating parties receive a judgment within only a few months, saving valuable time and money.
