Adv. Bachar holds an LL.B and an additional degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University, and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2005. She served in the past as a legal counsel and criminal prosecutor in regional and local planning and building committees, and for more than a decade accompanies developers and contractors in the construction and development field and in the urban and rural land arrangement and settlement area.
